1. Orders & Payments

• All orders must be prepaid. We accept online payments only.

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

2. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are typically delivered within 8–10 working days.

• Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and unforeseen circumstances.

• Customers must provide accurate shipping details. Nakhrali is not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses.

3. Return & Exchange Policy

• Jaipur (local orders): Return/exchange within 3 days of delivery.

• Outstation orders: Return/exchange within 7–8 days of delivery.

• Returns/exchanges are accepted only in case of:

• Damaged products

• Size/fit issues

4. Return Conditions

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

• An unboxing video or clear photos are required as proof for damaged items.

• Requests without proof may not be accepted.

5. Non-Returnable Items

• Products purchased during sales or promotions (if applicable).

• Customized or altered items.

6. Refunds & Exchanges

• Once approved, exchanges will be processed within a reasonable time.

• Refunds (if applicable) will be issued via the original payment method.

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

• Slight variations in color may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen settings.

• Handcrafted products may have minor irregularities, which are part of their uniqueness.

• Customers are advised to check size charts carefully before placing orders.

• Nakhrali is not liable for incorrect size selection.
